Shuttle Service
To purchase your shuttle pass, click here, select PPW26 GA Weekend Passes, and select the available shuttle pass tier. If you are a VIP pass holder (VIP Everything or VIP Primetime), it’s included in your pass.
-
We have contracted several luxury mini-bus coaches to use throughout the weekend. They hold approximately 30-35 people and will play appropriate music for the duration. We will have timed departures. We will publish schedule and additional details soon.
-
Shuttle service is considered a multi-event pass and you must purchase yours on our ticketing page, under “Weekend Passes”, while supplies last. Our shuttle pass prices are substantially less expensive than Uber/Lyft and you are guaranteed a ride from the night time parties for the duration of the event. If you are an “Everything VIP” or “Primetime VIP” pass holder you also get unlimited use of our shuttles. We do not sell single trip or individual event tickets for the shuttle.
You will receive a shuttle pass wristband at will-call unless you are a VIP ticket holder.
-
✅ The shuttles will service both the primary host hotel and the official overflow hotel.
We will publish schedule and additional details soon.
-
❌ No, and please don’t try. We have based the number and frequency of the shuttles with specific pass figures and even one extra person can push another rider that did pay for access to a later bus and that isn’t fair to them.
👩🎤Pro Tip: make them pay for the Uber, you are worth it!
Code of Conduct
CODE OF CONDUCT
While we want you to live your best life, we also want to keep Purple around for years to come and it’s getting more and more difficult with each year. Attendee behavior is the one thing that can limit our growth or even prevent us from doing events at all. The future of Purple is literally in your hands. We were lucky enough to be invited back to many of our premier venues and we would like the ability to return year after year. After twenty years of hard work, Purple has evolved into a world-class event hosted in the best venues Dallas has to offer. However, access to these exciting and prestigious venues is a privilege, and we take that privilege seriously. We hope you do too. We are not trying to limit your fun, there is a time and place for practically everything—but we have to eliminate the most severe occurrences for which the Foundation is ultimately responsible for and for which we can be held liable. Although the Dallas-area is largely liberal and accepting, we live and operate our non-profit organization in a state where LGBTQIA+ rights are in a state of regression. Below are some reasonable (and pretty simple) guidelines we are asking our attendees to follow. Please understand these are essentially the same polices we’ve always had. Very little has changed over the years, and they are similar policies that most dance festivals in the U.S. have and enforce, gay or straight. The vast majority of you already adhere to this without you ever even realizing it—that’s how painless they really are. With that said, please keep in mind the following:
ZERO TOLERANCE for possession or obvious use of illegal substances. You will be removed from the venue immediately, and your wristband cut off and deactivated.
ZERO TOLERANCE for explicit or overtly sexual behavior in plain sight. You will be removed from the venue immediately, and your wristband cut off and deactivated.
We know you want to show off those incredible bodies, but leave a little bit of mystery and please refrain from anything more revealing than a thong.
There is no clothes check at any of our events. Please don’t ask if we can hold your clothes.
No re-entry for general admission (only VIP has re-entry at most events).
Be patient, understanding, and respectful of our staff, production crews, and especially our volunteers.
Purple Foundation reserves the right to remove anyone from the premises, for any reason, without a refund.
Purple Foundation is a nonprofit organization and our primary goal is to raise money for our beneficiaries and make a difference in our community. Please help us achieve that goal. Please help us have a smooth, fun, and incident-free weekend this year and every year. Together, we can do it.
SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
We want everyone to be able to capture and share those moments of joy while creating happy memories throughout this fun-filled weekend. We ask that everyone do so in a manner that is respectful and responsible. We want you to be aware and considerate of everyone's right to privacy. We request that attendees not post ANYTHING of a sexually explicit or illegal nature from our event(s) that could identify Purple, its board members, staff/volunteers, vendors, venues, and/or associates to any online public/private or social media space. Doing so puts our venues and our organization in very difficult position. Violation of this policy will result in the removal from and forfeiture of all Purple events for the rest of the weekend and the pursuit of any other remedies necessary. Please understand, the negative implications of doing such an act, could affect our organization's ability to continue to produce events, obtain sponsorships, and raise funding for our beneficiaries. So, please be mindful of your posts and the effect(s) they can have on others. Thank you in advance for understanding and helping us be memorable for all the right reasons.
HARD ON TRIMIX
We know many of y’all like to be ”ready for action” anytime and anywhere, including the dance floor but after a handful of lost venues (yep, including Coliseum) we are forced to take the extreme step and publicly ban Trimix (and any other similar ED treatment) at our events. It’s ridiculous, we know. But even more ridiculous is having to explain this fun little aspect of gay circuit subculture to venues that do not understand and do not want it in their venues. Do you know how rare suitable venues are that are willing and able to host events such as ours? They are harder to find than a “dom top” that can host that isn’t creepy. Practically impossible! How do they know it’s in their venues and why is it a problem? Other than everyone walking around with a banana in their pocket (which actually isn’t the problem), they don’t have to look much further than on the floor of the bathroom, dance floor, and wherever else we leave syringes because a few of us just can’t seem to dispose of them properly and discretely. It is highly unsanitary, dangerous, and medical waste disposal typically requires a properly trained and equipped hazmat team, not to mention it’s just gross. We simply can’t continue our events without eliminating this problem and we can’t grow or evolve either. This is one of many challenges we face every year, so please leave it at home or the hotel room. Anyone caught with it or anything that looks like it outside of their hotel room will have their wristband cut off and deactivated. No exceptions. If you are a Type 1 diabetic, please bring appropriate documentation. A photo of your prescription or note from your physician would be accepted. Look, we aren’t trying to ruin anyone’s fun, but that’s how damaging this issue has become. It’s either we eliminate this problem, or we’ll be forced to stop doing our events. It’s totally up to you.
Safety + Security
The safety and well being of our attendees is of the utmost of importance to us. Because we live in a dangerous and unpredictable world, we have taken additional steps and precautions to ensure everyone feels safe and is able to enjoy the events. We requested each of our venues to review their security protocols for general attendee safety and ensure proper assistance is on hand in case of emergencies. You may notice a greater presence of uniformed security and/or uniformed police officers, that is intentional and are hired by us to ensure our safety.

Pegasus is Purple Foundation’s harm reduction and guest experience team. Our Pegasus team members are committed to ensuring the safety of everyone one of our guests, as well as providing compassionate care, information, rideshare assistance, and reminding our community that it's okay to ask for help.
Harm reduction is a practice rooted in compassionate, nonjudgmental care, aimed at lessening the negative and/or dangerous aspects of nightlife, and protecting a safe space for people to dance, have fun, and express themselves. Our Pegasus harm reduction team members ARE NOT security! We understand that sometimes the night can get the better of us, and are here to make sure that everyone has fun and gets home safely.
You can find Pegasus team members roaming each of our parties in their signature purple shirts emblazoned with wings across the back, checking on everyone and helping those in need. If you ever need help, a friend, or simply someone to talk to, do not hesitate to ask them. They are your friends and they are here for you!

All attendees will be searched before allowed entry into each venue using a TSA-level search and light pat down. Security is screening bags to ensure the safety of our events. Some venues will be using metal detectors. All bags and purses will be opened and inspected for possible safety threats such as firearms, knives, and chemical spray, which are all prohibited. Front entry staff reserves the right to deny entry to anyone, for any reason, without a refund. There is no clothes check and we can’t hold any of your items (regardless if they are allowed in the event or not).
-
There will be first aid station at all events (except ROAR) and properly designated. We recommend locating the medical area of each event upon entry in case you or a friend should need assistance.
Remember, all attendees will be searched before entry into each venue using a TSA-level search and light pat down. Some venues will be using metal detectors. All bags and purses will be opened and inspected. For limitations on bag size, check the lists below. There is no clothes check and we can’t hold any of your items (regardless if they are allowed in the event or not).
