Vendor Program

THANK YOU for your interest in becoming a vendor for PPW25. We have an incredible weekend planned and it's shaping up to being our biggest event ever. Please fill out the simple form at the link below completely, we'll evaluate the nature of your business to ensure it is a good fit for our events. This also helps us to create a diverse group of vendors offering a variety of products and services. Only a handful of vendors will be approved. Once approved we will send you an access code to use in our event listing in ShowClix. Enter the access code in the space provided and the vendor tables will now be visible to purchase. Vendor Program Details

We do not have have a single dedicated vendor market. Instead we have vendor tables placed throughout our events in high traffic areas at the host hotel. There is a huge focus on the hotel this year with many events happening on hotel property. The hotel activity will be nearly around the clock except for off-site events. You are in charge of your hours of operation. Obviously we recommend being open for business during hotel events and evening downtimes before the nightly main events get started. As of now, the vendor tables are not located in a secure area for you to leave your merchandise in place when you are closed but we will likely have nearby secure storage in one of the meeting rooms. Hotel Vendor opportunities are available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Thursday is a free day for all approved vendors, we encourage you to take advantage of it. The hotel Welcome Center opens Thursday at 12:00pm noon for a full day until 8:00pm. We will have a DJ and festive vibe all day. We also have PUMP the Hotel Welcome Party from 5-8pm in the hotel lobby.

Hotel vendors are provided the following: approximately a 10x10 area with necessary tables, chairs, black linens, and access to the Purple Event Center for two. Vendor tables will likely be placed near electrical outlets.

Event vendors are provided the following: approximately a 10x10 space, access to the event for two (you must supply your own table, chairs, etc). Event vendors are allowed to setup at the event at least one hour before and must have all merchandise and equipment removed within one hour after closing.

**NOTE: it is not guaranteed your vendor table will be in a secure, locked area during non-event hours. We may have some vendor tables in secured areas but there is no guarantee and we cannot inform you ahead of time. We recommend you assume you will need to secure merchandise when you are not open for business. We will likely have storage space in one of the meeting rooms. However, you are solely responsible for the security of your merchandise and neither Purple Foundation or Dallas Marriott Suites hotel is liable or responsible for any losses.
