We’re back! Get ready for another amazing PPW at the Dallas Marriott Suites Market Center. This year, the hotel is our home base for the weekend and the heart of all the fun, from the amazing pool parties to the wild afterhours events. We’re always working to make the experience even better, and we’re confident PPW27 will be the best yet. You’ve spoken, and we’ve listened! We’re completely revamping the food and beverage options to give you the most variety and value. Plus, we’re looking at how our pool parties and after-hours flow so you can get out of line and onto the dance floor super fast. And for PPW27, we’re adding a VIP experience to the after-hours, along with the pool parties and main night parties. Just a heads-up, those tickets are flying off the shelves, so don’t miss out on the best Purple VIP experience ever! Hotel reservations open this Wednesday, June 24, at 11 a.m.
Host hotel booking info:
Suites start at $204 for tier one and go up for each tier. There’s a minimum two-night stay, and all reservations need a credit card to hold the spot. Plus, there’s a one-night non-refundable deposit per room. You may be able to avoid paying the deposit if you cancel and already have someone to take over your reservation. Please call the hotel directly to discuss.
When you book online, there’s usually a rush when the system opens at 11 a.m. There might be a 15-20 minute hold on rooms to finish the booking. If a tier is sold out, don’t worry—there might still be rooms available for that tier. Many rooms are likely on hold to give guests time to book. Any rooms that aren’t completely booked will be moved back into inventory, and the tier will show as available again until all the rooms are reserved. This might happen a few times, so be patient and try again in 15 minutes. In some cases it’s possible to book a higher tier but a lower tier becomes available again. In that case, cannot credit or refund the difference and we can’t transfer you to a lower tier.

Towels
After a day of pool fun, please place your used towels in the linen basket near the elevators so we can keep fresh towels available for everyone throughout the weekend. Feel free to also add additional linen to this basket.
Housekeeping
Because of the nature of our events, hotel housekeeping does not clean the guest rooms daily. To request for your room to be serviced, simply call housekeeping. Fresh towels/linens are always available by calling housekeeping on the hotel phone or visit the front desk. To ensure timely service for all guests, the last time to request housekeeping is 10:00 AM.
Requests received after this time will be scheduled for the following day. Housekeeping service hours conclude at 3:00 PM each day.
No Smoking or Vaping
The guest rooms are 100% smoke-free. Each room is equipped with a sensor that detects smoking or vaping. If smoking or vaping occurs in the room, a $300 fee will automatically be added to the final bill per violation.
Treat It Like Home
Using this hotel for our events is a privilege. Please treat it like your home…or maybe your mom’s home. If you wouldn't do it in a public space, it's probably best not to do it here either. Also any damage to the room, furniture, linens, or hotel property may result in a damage fee being added to the final bill.
Checking In
Check in time officially begins at 4pm. If you arrive before 4pm and the hotel does not have your room ready, the hotel can hold your bags.
The hotel will automatically place a $50 hold per night on your credit card (presented at the time of check-in) for incidentals. If you use a debit card it will appear as a charge but it will be released within 5–10 business days after the organization’s account has been closed.
Room Guests
Add the names of people sharing a room with you to your reservation for security and safety purposes. Room keys will only be given to the person(s) listed on the reservation. No pets allowed on premises. Service animals ok.
Picking up passes from Welcome Center
Please plan to pick up your weekend pass wristbands at the welcome center on Thursday or Friday 12–8pm. Waiting to pick up wristbands at the door to the events will when mean longer wait times.
When picking up your wristbands, please have the associated Humanitix QR code ready to scan and your state-issued photo ID. Please see the section in this guide about approved forms of identification.

Parking is $10 per vehicle for all registered hotel guests. Please be sure to register your vehicle's license plate at check-in. Hotel guests (meaning your name is on the reservation) should follow the instructions for OVERNIGHT GUESTS by scanning the appropriate QR code on the signs posted in the parking lot, hotel lobby, and front desk and enter code: F4FF4AF7.
Please follow instructions and seek help if in doubt because you will be charged a $80 parking fine, and Purple has no ability to have it dismissed.

The hotel utilizes a mobile-device payment system for parking, which allows parkers the convenience of paying for their parking on their phone. In order for you to receive the agreed upon discounted rate of $10, it is important that you follow the instructions below when you arrive at the property. Instructions are also posted on signs throughout the parking lot. Parking patrons should follow the instructions for DAILY VISITORS by scanning this QR code or Texting D4 to 214-624-6722.
You will receive a link to enter your name and license plate and then be able to pay your parking fees. On the payment screen there is a space to enter a validation code: F4FF4AF7
Please follow instructions and ask for help if you need it because violators will be charged a $80 parking fine. Enter validation code and press apply. It should show a “$10” dollar amount. Click pay now, and it will send you a receipt via email or text.
