Host hotel reservations are not connected to our ticketing process. You can book the host hotel regardless of what types of passes you purchased. So it will be like in previous years (pre-2025) where you can simply book your room using the link provided. The host hotel reservations will open Wednesday, July 16 at 11:00am and the link will be posted on our website here on this page.

We will be opening up Tiers 1 and 2 first, simultaneously, and then two weeks later (Wednesday July 30 @ 11:00am) we will be opening Tiers 3 and 4. If you aren’t able to book your room on the first release, you will have another chance with the second release. This is being done so the hotel reservations systems can keep up with demand and hopefully provide a more accurate inventory upon booking. It will also allow the hotel time to fix/finalize reservations booked in the first two tiers so that the final two tiers show the correct amount of rooms when released.

Keep in mind, the hotel reservations system is just like a ticketing platform, when you select your room it holds it for a period of time to allow you to book it. If you do not complete the booking, it releases the room back into inventory. This is why it may show a tier sold out or no rooms available only to show it available minutes later. For example, if 100 people try to book at 11:00am sharp, it will show rooms as unavailable or sold out for those trying to book at 11:05am and will do so for the next 15-20 minutes until any unbooked rooms have been released back into inventory. This is not a bug or “computer error” (or scam), it is part of the booking/buying process. If rooms show sold out or unavailable, try again in a few minutes. It is likely not everyone finished the booking process and the room will become available again shortly.
