All guests staying at our VIP Hotel will need to be VIP Pass holders. In order to reserve your room at the VIP Hotel please do the following:

1. Purchase your VIP pass.

2. Upon completion of your purchase in Humanitix, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain the booking link for the VIP Hotel./

3. Use the link to book your room.

NOTE:

• DO NOT SHARE LINK

• There is a two-night minimum and a non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay.

• Make sure to use the same email address for your room reservation that you did to purchase your VIP Pass. Any reservations that do not show a VIP Pass has been purchased are subject to cancellation.

• Any changes to your VIP pass purchase could affect your room reservation.

• You do not need to be staying at the VIP Hotel to purchase a VIP Pass but you do need to purchase a VIP Pass in order to stay at the VIP Hotel.

• Our sales reports will be compared to the hotel's reservations list to verify guests have already paid for VIP Passes. Any discrepancy could affect your reservation.
